The POSITION | About YOU: We are looking for a hands-on Product Owner who will handle the analysis, the ideation and specification process, the product features and priorities management, as well as the reporting and quality assurance for our bank & account management platform ENPAY. A genuine interest and relevant experience in B2B/interbank payment processes and messaging, liquidity management, securities reporting and API/FinTech platforms are an advantage for this position. We also expect you to be comfortable with an Agile/SCRUM setup and the responsibilities and level of ownership it entails. Finally, a solid knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices, as well as good understanding of SaaS platform architecture would be assets. Working closely with product management and UI/UX experts as a member of our product team, we expect you to understand and to be proficient at analysing requirements, workflows and processes and to be able to determine, describe and define the most suitable digital improvement strategies, leveraging Finologee’s products and components.

With us you will…
- Product Strategy: Understand and share the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the SaaS product.
- Product Discovery: Keep track of feature and improvement ideas. Attend client and partner meetings, understand and collect the needs, convert those into product functional specifications.
- Backlog Management: Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog, prioritizing features and user stories based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
- Sprint Planning: Collaborate with development teams to plan and execute efficient sprint cycles, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and ready for implementation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, build consensus, and address concerns, maintaining a transparent and collaborative communication channel.
- Release Management: Follow up on product releases, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements to the market.
- Scrum Methodology: Champion Scrum principles and best practices within the team, fostering a culture of agility, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the payments market.
What we expect from you…
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product ownership or product management, ideally in a similar context (SaaS product with UI, payment product …)
- Proven success in delivering complex software products using Scrum or Agile methodologies
- Relevant experience with JIRA, Confluence. Ability to efficiently manage incoming and outgoing pipeline in product development workflow (with Jira, Trello or similar tools)
- Proficiency with diagramming (Visio, Draw.io or similar) and wireframing tools (Figma, Axure, or similar) is considered a strong asset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Languages: (Very) good command of English with solid writing skills is a must, French would be an asset
- Desire to work in a fast-paced innovation-driven company, working with the company’s founders, with a genuine accountability for tasks and projects
