The African MicroFinance Week

The largest inclusive finance conference in Africa!

The 5th edition of the African Microfinance Week (referred to as ‘the SAM’, based on the French acronym) will take place from the 18th to 22nd October 2021 at the Kigali Convention Center in Kigali, Rwanda. The SAM is a 5-day conference with renowned speakers and other important events. 

Topic of the year is “One is not born resilient, one becomes it: Fostering inclusive finance to better overcome difficulties”

The LHoFT is a proud sponsor of the SAM, and will be present at the Innovators Village and will sponsor an exclusive Fintech Dinner during the SAM where you are invited. 

The Innovators’ Village will allow more than 25 exhibitors to present their innovative products or services to the 500 participants expected at the SAM (MFIs, investors, banks, governments, consulting firms, regulators, NGOs, private companies, etc.). Each exhibitor will also have time to showcase their innovation.
As part of the SAM Program, The LHoFT is organising an Exclusive Fintech Dinner on the 20th of October, gathering SAM attendees, top-notch Fintech entrepreneurs, investors and special guests, discussing innovations in inclusive finance. The dinner will take place from 8.30PM to 10.30PM. Please note that the curfew is effective as from 11.00PM.
