Role Description :
Your Job: Head of Finance
Location: Luxembourg (with Home Office)
As a start-up, everyone has to be handed on. As IBISA’s Head of Finance, you will mainly focus on:
- Manage our consolidation, including our subsidiary in India.
- Build, follow and analyze yearly budget.
- Being responsible for accounting and liaising with external accounting firms
- Set up transfer pricing structure.
- Coordinate globally IBISA’s budget controlling and reporting.
- Support CEO regarding Investors reporting and strategy.
- Create, maintain and improve tools.
Requirements :
- Are you an experienced Finance professional, willing to create from scratch our Finance’s tools and vision?
- Do you want to be key in a company decision making process, and to have a real impact?
- Do you like to interact with users, communicate and teach?
- Do you like to solve problems, design solutions and propose ideas?
- On top of it, you do not have problems working in English, or working in Luxembourg?
- Are you autonomous and a bit entrepreneur?
