KYC/AML Assistant

Opportunity: We are looking for a KYC/AML Assistant, based in Luxembourg on a fixed-term contract basis (2-4
months) (The exact duration will be discussed during the interview). You will report to the compliance head and work closely with the rest of the Fabric team.

Responsibilities:
● Work within the business under the supervision of the Conducting Officer in charge of Compliance to
facilitate a robust compliance culture.
● Upload and categorisation of AML/KYC and Compliance documents on the company database, platform
and G-Drive.
● Operational support for KYC profiling, (onboarding/migration/reassessment), Compliance database
development, AML risk assessment (including name screening and forensic investigations), ongoing
monitoring, due diligence.
● Perform compliance administrative tasks including KYC document verification, trade register maintenance,
identifying missing documentation, and liaising with LPs or reporting to the Compliance Officer for LP
notification, as well as collecting and archiving new documents.
● Data quality review and data entry into the CRM system to ensure quality of regulatory reporting.
● Managing other administrative and compliance tasks, as requested by the Head of Compliance.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: Entry Level
● Based in Luxembourg
● Fluent in English

● Good time management skills
● Ability to multitask and to work to time pressured deadlines
● Interest in learning for Compliance and risk management
