This Luxembourg-based venture capital firm specializes in early-stage European innovations within the strategically critical defence sector.
In parallel, the firm has completed the migration of its existing Luxembourg fund structures to fundcraft, consolidating its AIFM and Central Administration operations on a single digital solution. The migration was completed in three months following fundcraft’s structured migration framework. This consolidation enables scalable, compliant execution and a more seamless investor experience for its 80+ LPs across all funds.
