The AI Experience Centre contributes to this mission by showcasing the practical application of artificial intelligence within financial services and enabling stakeholders to better understand, adopt, and leverage emerging technologies.
The Opportunity
The LHoFT is seeking to appoint an AI Experience Centre Associate to support the development and day-to-day operations of its newly established AI Experience Centre.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, innovation, and financial services, contributing to a high-visibility initiative designed to position Luxembourg at the forefront of AI adoption within the financial sector.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of a compelling and professional experience for visitors, partners, and stakeholders, while contributing to the efficient operation and continuous development of the Centre. The role will report to the AI Experience Centre Manager.

This role is central to ensuring that the Centre delivers a high-quality, engaging, and impactful experience to a wide range of stakeholders, including financial institutions, policymakers, and international delegations.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Support the AI Experience Centre manager in the day-to-day operations of the AI Experience Centre, ensuring a consistently high standard of presentation and functionality.
- Assist in maintaining demonstration environments, interactive installations, and exhibition areas.
- Support the preparation and operation of AI demonstrations, presentations, and technical showcases.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and reliable operation of all installations.
Visitor Experience & Engagement
- Contribute to the delivery of a high-quality visitor experience, including welcoming guests and supporting guided visits.
- Present and explain showcased technologies in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.
- Support visits from financial institutions, partners, and official delegations.
Programmes & Initiatives
- Support the organisation and delivery of workshops, demonstrations, and events hosted at the Centre.
- Assist in preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring effective on-site execution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of programmes.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Support coordination with partners, innovators, and service providers.
- Assist in maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Assist in documentation, reporting, and tracking of activities.
- Support maintenance of schedules, event calendars, and participant records.
- Contribute to marketing and communication efforts.
Candidate Profile
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Innovation Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Previous internship or initial experience in operations, events, or customer engagement is an advantage.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong interest in AI, technology, and innovation.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn technical concepts.
- Fluent in English as well as French. German fluency would be an asset.
