Back at the beginning of June we were visited by the 11:FS media team, who came over to Luxembourg for the Grand Opening of our new residence, the House of Startups. For one evening the ‘Fintech Insider’ podcast team took over an office, and used the event as a chance to speak to many of the prominent figures in Luxembourg’s Fintech ecosystem.
In addition to showcasing the evening, the video produced by 11:FS includes interview comments from Pierre Gramegna, Luxembourg Finance Minister; Nicolas Mackel, CEO of Luxembourg for Finance; Nasir Zubairi, CEO of LHoFT and Denise Voss, Chairman of ALFI.
Curiosity not yet satisfied, 11:FS continued to dig into ‘the biggest Fintech hub you’ve never heard of’, and recently released a deep-dive into Luxembourg’s Fintech ecosystem, including extended commentary from the figures mentioned above, and input from three more prominent figures: Mike Kane, CEO of Hydrogen (Fintech Awards 2018 Winner); Andy Bryant, COO of Bitflyer Europe (the first Bitcoin exchange regulated in the US, Japan and Europe, making it the most compliant virtual currency exchange in the world); and Elena Poughia, MD of Dataconomy Media (pan-European technology media and events).
