We welcome you back for another Mindfulness series with Maurizio Cortesi each second Tuesday from 1h00 to 1h30 PM.

During the last months almost 150 executives and entrepreneurs were trained during his live sessions on ZOOM. Maurizio brings decades of experience in mindfulness coaching and skills development, helping students and professionals become more resourceful and centered.

During Maurizio’s meditation and mindfulness sessions you’ll explore techniques on how to:

  • Reconnect with your purpose

which will have ripple effects on you relationship towards yourself, your team members and family.

About Maurizio:

Maurizio is a trainer and coach by professional vocation. A long-standing mindfulness practicioner himself, he has trained to become a certified MBSR teacher (CFM is the only MBSR-certifying institution in the world) and trained educator in the Mindful Schools K-12 curriculum, bringing mindfulness to kids and teenagers in schools around the world. Nowadays, he supports individuals, groups, and organisations (such as BGL BNP Paribas, EIB, BIL, Louis Vuitton to only name a few) through mindfulness interventions (MBI), MBSR programs, as well as workshops and coaching for personal and professional development.
