Anton Abashkin, COO VNX Exchange
Anton Abashkin spent most of his career in PWC Russia developing and leading Center for Technology and Innovation (CTI). His main areas of expertise included strategy and financing of early-stage businesses as well as corporate innovation and venture capital.
Andy Bryant, COO of bitFlyer Europe
Andy Bryant is the COO of bitFlyer Europe, the European division of one of the world’s largest bitcoin exchanges by trading volume. He has worked in finance and technology for more than ten years, including as the global COO for and M&A advisory firm, BDA Partners and as the CEO of his own technology start-up. He studied at the University of Bath and the Tokyo Institute of Technology and has received awards from Daiwa Securities and the Royal Academy of Engineering.
David Carlisle, Head of Community at Elliptic
David Carlisle is the Head of Community at Elliptic, a provider of cryptocurrency forensics and compliance solutions, where he leads engagement with regulators and other external stakeholders. David has over a decade of experience in AML/CTF compliance and regulatory matters, and previously worked at the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence. He is an associate fellow at the Royal United Services Institute, a UK think tank, where he has authored reports on terrorist and criminal use of cryptocurrencies, and appropriate policy responses.
