The LHoFT is committed to supporting the needs of our Fintech community with a suite of education and talent tools to keep up with the evolution of financial services and emerging technology.

Our regular webinars, programs, recruitment events, and jobs board provide a range of opportunities for traditional institutions, Fintech firms, potential entrepreneurs, and the next generation of talent to access insights and learning that make a difference to their careers and work environments.

Since 2017, we have delivered over 200 educational sessions featuring 330+ incredible speakers, and our efforts have reached 12,200 attendees from 26 countries.

We are proud to be providing resources for our ecosystem to stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly changing Fintech landscape.

CATAPULT ACCELERATION PROGRAMS
Catapult's accelerator programs are tailored bootcamps leveraging Luxembourg's expertise to boost fintech growth, focusing on financial inclusion and early-stage ventures. Open to global fintech ecosystems, our programs prioritize financial inclusion and community impact.
FINTECH CAMPUS CORPORATE +
Fintech Campus Corporate + is a program that teaches financial experts how to use cutting-edge technologies and solutions to improve their business. It also connects them with leading fintech actors in Luxembourg and beyond.
FINTECH RECRUIT EVENTS
For our Fintech Recruits Events we partner with a multitude of universities across Europe and beyond, to provide insights into careers in Finance and Financial Technology, as well as matchmaking between recruiters and graduates to help kickstart careers.
FINTECH CAMPUS UNIVERSITY
The LHoFT looks to partner with universities to offer FIntech and innovation education as well as exposure to the Luxembourg financial and fintech industry for potential career opportunities.
FINTECH ENTREPREURSHIP PROGRAM
A unique programme, held over two to three weeks, designed to help financial institutions upskill their employees in Fintech and help finance professionals to deepen their understanding of the changing landscape of the industry.

MASTERCLASSES SERIES
Our '360 Masterclass Series' is a regular webinar series designed to assist Fintech startups in enhancing their business and operating models. Each series of Masterclasses focuses on specific themes, providing tailored content to address various areas of interest.
FINTECH CERTIFICATE: Artificial Intelligence
This course, in collaboration with HEC Liège Luxembourg, covers AI strategy development, its impact on marketing, finance, and work, and emphasizes ethical AI use and critical thinking. The course empowers individuals to innovate, make informed decisions, and drive value through AI.

Female Talent in Financial & Technology
A program designed to promote and support female talent integration for a bigger diversity in the Luxembourgish finance workforce and reinforce important values of inclusiveness and gender equity.
Catapult: Future Foundation
The program seeks to gather Luxembourg finance industry stakeholders' use cases to create and test mutualised utilities, focusing on a secure platform for efficient and transparent document exchange, enhancing multi-party interactions and compliance.
