Empowering Women in Finance & Technology to Strengthen Luxembourg’s Competitive Edge
NXTGen Women in Finance and Technology is a selective, immersive, mentorship powered program hosted by the Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (LHoFT). Designed as a high-impact professional service, the program supports women in developing practical solutions, accelerating career growth, and building long-term leadership capacity in digital finance. Over several months, participants collaborate in teams on real business challenges from the financial industry, guided by founders, practitioners, and senior experts. If you’re ready to build, innovate and lead, this is where your journey accelerates.
