Luxembourg, May 5th, 2023 – Infrachain Challenge is the leading blockchain hackathon in Luxembourg. The 4th edition will take place on June 15th and 16th, 2023 at the GovTech Lab Luxembourg. Team registrations are now open at https://challenge.infrachain.com.
The future national registry of buildings and housing is at the heart of the 2023 Infrachain Challenge. Participants will have to develop decentralized tools and applications leveraging the information from the registry.
Teams can have between 3 and 6 members. The top three teams win cash prizes totaling €10,500,-.
In 2022, the ZeroKnowledge team, including experts from the Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability and Trust – SnT (University of Luxembourg), the University of Bayreuth, as well as the Project Group Business and Information Systems Engineering of the Fraunhofer FIT, won the competition with their project “Gamification for Reduced Energy Consumption”.
The hackathon is organized by Infrachain, the Luxembourg-based corporate blockchain community, with the support of the Ministry of Digitalization.
