Many of the businesses that have been developed at Finleap HQ in Berlin have become some of the most prominent and successful in the European ecosystem; Solarisbank, Clark.de, Elinvar, Pairfinance, Penta, FinanceAds have raised multiple millions in financing and are going strong. Others have been tried and shut down. Hear from Ramin Niroumand, the CEO and founder of Finleap on his journey to build the most successful fintech conglomerate in Europe.

Meet our speakers 

Ramin founded finleap – the leading fintech ecosystem in Europe – in Summer 2014. As Founder & CEO he is among others responsible for strategy, communications and group development. Acting as an active sparring partner and shareholder for finleap’s numerous founding teams, Ramin is forging an ecosystem of leading Fin- and Insurtechs. Built on one vision: making finance 100% digital. Ramin is also a member of the advisory board of solarisBank. Previously, Ramin was Innovation Manager at DKB Deutsche Kreditbank AG, where he led the bank’s electronic and mobile payment innovation projects alongside PayPal, Sofortüberweisung and Cringle. He holds a degree in Economics and at the age of 24, was named one of Deloitte Consulting’s youngest Senior Consultants. Ramin was elected by Forbes Magazine into the Top 30 young shapers of finance in Europe (#30under30) and by Capital, Germany’s leading business magazine, as “Junge Elite – top 40 unter 40” (“Young elite – top 40 under 40”) in 2016 and 2017. Handelsblatt named him among the 100 smartest people in Germany.
