As finance moves to a more central role in powering a sustainable future, it is coming under increasing scrutiny and is process of transition. It is in this context that Luxembourg for Finance will host its\u00a0<strong>4th annual Sustainable Finance Forum<\/strong>, bringing together experts from across the globe to discuss the need to implement global sustainability goals and finance a sustainable future.<\/p>\n<p>The livestreamed event will be held across two days, the\u00a0<strong>26<sup class=\"\">th<\/sup>\u00a0and 27<sup class=\"\">th<\/sup>\u00a0of October from 10:00 to 12:00 CEST<\/strong>, and will include a keynote speech from\u00a0<strong>EU Commissioner Mairead McGuinness<\/strong>, as well as an interview with Luxembourg\u2019s Finance\u00a0<strong>Minister\u00a0Pierre Gramegna<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The first day sees us taking\u00a0a high-level view, examining overarching investment trends and\u00a0participants will discuss\u00a0whether we are heading towards a global convergence or fragmentation.\u00a0While day\u00a0two\u00a0dives into the EU taxonomy and disclosure regulations, examining how these work in practice and their impacts on financial services thus far.<\/p>\n<p>For the full agenda, including speakers and their biographies, please see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luxembourgforfinance.com\/event\/sustainable-finance-forum-2021\/?utm_source=LHoFT&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_campaign=sustainable-finance-forum-2021\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Climate change and social issues are high on the agenda of governments across the globe.
