The vast majority of Fintech startups fail; how can we ensure that our startup does not burn out? Finleap, founded in 2014, is a tremendous success story in European Fintech. Many of the businesses that have been developed at Finleap HQ in Berlin have become some of the most prominent and successful in the European ecosystem; Solarisbank, Clark.de, Elinvar, Pairfinance, Penta, FinanceAds have raised multiple millions in financing and are going strong. Others have been tried and shut down. As Founder &amp; CEO he is among others responsible for strategy, communications and group development. Acting as an active sparring partner and shareholder for finleap\u2019s numerous founding teams, Ramin is forging an ecosystem of leading Fin- and Insurtechs. Built on one vision: making finance 100% digital. Ramin is also a member of the advisory board of solarisBank. Previously, Ramin was Innovation Manager at DKB Deutsche Kreditbank AG, where he led the bank\u2019s electronic and mobile payment innovation projects alongside PayPal, Sofort\u00fcberweisung and Cringle. He holds a degree in Economics and at the age of 24, was named one of Deloitte Consulting\u2019s youngest Senior Consultants. Ramin was elected by Forbes Magazine into the Top 30 young shapers of finance in Europe (#30under30) and by Capital, Germany\u2019s leading business magazine, as \u201cJunge Elite \u2013 top 40 unter 40\u201d (\u201cYoung elite \u2013 top 40 under 40\u201d) in 2016 and 2017.
