Cet expert reconnu est aussi conf\u00e9rencier et auteur de plusieurs articles sur la th\u00e9matique des blockchains et cryptomonnaies. Or, cette technologie n\u2019est que l\u2019\u00e9volution d\u2019une autre, dite de cryptographie asym\u00e9trique invent\u00e9e dans les ann\u00e9es 70, et mise en lumi\u00e8re par l\u2019av\u00e8nement du Bitcoin. Aujourd&#8217;hui, le sujet suscite la curiosit\u00e9 publique ainsi que les d\u00e9bats. Pourtant, force est de constater que les pays europ\u00e9ens sont encore peu nombreux \u00e0 s\u2019\u00eatre positionn\u00e9s pour mettre en place des r\u00e9glementations en mati\u00e8re de blockchains. Le Luxembourg est l\u2019un des pr\u00e9curseurs puisque le projet de loi 7363 a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9 le 14 f\u00e9vrier dernier. Il a pour but de fournir aux acteurs de la place financi\u00e8re une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 juridique pour la circulation de titres via la blockchain.
