The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/commission\/news\/european-innovation-council-2019-mar-18_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">European Innovation Council<\/a>\u00a0(EIC) will be the one-stop-shop for innovators in Horizon Europe (2021-2027) with a foreseen budget of \u20ac10 billion.<\/p>\n<p>2. The\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/eic%20accelerator%20pilot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">EIC Accelerator pilot<\/a>\u00a0\/ SME instrument Phase 2 programme has a budget of \u20ac1.3 billion for 2019-2020 and targets deep tech startups.<\/p>\n<p>3.
