His main research interests are in the areas of Blockchain\, Big Data Systems and Network Security and has developed multiple industry partnerships attracting important competitive co-funded projects worth million euros in the past years. His ambition has now switched from applied research to spin-off development to create both entrepreneurship success story and generate high skill job opportunities for PhD graduates. Radu has also been active in disseminating and promoting science and technology to a larger audience.  He has organized several meetups and hackathons in Fintech as a modest contribution within in a larger effort to establish Luxembourg as a leading place for innovation in Fintech. \nYounis Hijazi is an Exponential Innovation Manager. Younis holds a PhD in computer science from the University of Kaiserslautern in Germany and went to Singularity University in California. He has been involved in innovation and EU funding for 10+ years. He worked 8 years for the Luxembourg innovation agency as Horizon 2020 programme committee representative\, National Contact Point and Brussels office representative. At Zaz Ventures\, he leads the business development effort for the EIC Accelerator and won 2 cases so far.
