The Program​

The Female Talent in Fintech Mentorship Programme is an innovative initiative designed to foster female talent in Finance and Technology for Luxembourg Future Competitiveness. 

Delivered in collaboration with the Luxembourg Tech School and supported by the National Research Fund.

This programme now proudly features partnerships with Luxembourg Stock Exchange, Kneip, and Franklin Templeton.

Our mission is to bridge gaps in Finance and Technology by equipping talented female individuals with the skills, knowledge, and network they need to excel in the fast-paced digital finance world.

Programme Length: 6 months hybrid with weekly live online sessions and monthly get togethers (Combine online and in-person sessions, including lunchtime meet-ups, with one in-person meeting each month).
