Today\, Pascal is CEO of SECURITYMADEIN.LU\, the structure behind the main information security initiatives of the Luxembourg government: CASES\, CIRCL\, BEE SECURE and the Cybersecurity Competence Center (C3)\, launched in 2017 as a european-wide unique facility to empower the Luxembourg economy in the field of cybersecurity. He is a member of the Luxembourg Cyber Security Board\,  lecturer in information security at the University of Luxembourg\, president of the CLUSIL (an association representing the information security landscape of Luxembourg) and member of the FIC advisory board. \nChristophe Bianco\, Managing Partner at Excellium  \nChristophe is the co-founder and the managing director of Excellium Services. Excellium was founded in 2012 by the willingness of people active in the Information Security field and currently have about 120 employees\, present in 7 countries (across Europe and Africa) and realise about 15.5 MEuros in revenues. He is a member of the Luxembourg Cyber Security Board\,  lecturer in information security at the University of Luxembourg\, president of the CLUSIL (an association representing the information security landscape of Luxembourg) and member of the FIC advisory board. \nChristophe Bianco\, Managing Partner at Excellium  \nChristophe is the co-founder and the managing director of Excellium Services. Excellium was founded in 2012 by the willingness of people active in the Information Security field and currently have about 120 employees\, present in 7 countries (across Europe and Africa) and realise about 15.5 MEuros in revenues. In December 2018\, Excellium opened its equity to SonaeIM the investment arm of the Portuguese Group SONAE. Before Excellium\, Christophe has been vice-president and General Manager for the European\, Middle East & African region of Qualys\, a Worldwide leader in computer vulnerability management solutions. Vikram was earlier the IMF’s mission chief for Brazil during the ‘currency wars’ and lead the IMF team that set-up the $70 billion Flexible Credit Line agreement with Mexico in 2009 in the aftermath of the Lehman failure. He has worked on emerging economies in Asia––including Thailand during the Asian crisis––and Eastern Europe and was the Fund’s resident representative in the Philippines. In this role\, he currently leads work on finance and technology\, macro-financial analysis\, and policies for assessing and addressing financial stability risk. He has been a lead author of the IMF’s main papers on fintech\, and most recently\, the Bali Fintech Agenda. Prior to this\, he managed review work on global surveillance\, G20 prospects\, and spillover analysis. Vikram was earlier the IMF’s mission chief for Brazil during the ‘currency wars’ and lead the IMF team that set-up the $70 billion Flexible Credit Line agreement with Mexico in 2009 in the aftermath of the Lehman failure. He has worked on emerging economies in Asia––including Thailand during the Asian crisis––and Eastern Europe and was the Fund’s resident representative in the Philippines. He holds a degree in Economics and at the age of 24\, was named one of Deloitte Consulting’s youngest Senior Consultants. Ramin was elected by Forbes Magazine into the Top 30 young shapers of finance in Europe (#30under30) and by Capital\, Germany’s leading business magazine\, as “Junge Elite – top 40 unter 40” (“Young elite – top 40 under 40”) in 2016 and 2017.
