DESCRIPTION:LHoFT\, Holland FinTech and FinTech Belgium have joined forces to share essential insights on ESG developments and the relevance for fintech in the Benelux. \nSustainability has become a hot topic across industries\, including financial services: \n\nThe European Green Deal aims to make Europe the first climate-neutral continent in 2050.\nThe EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) requires the integration of sustainability risks into investment decision-making and advisory processes applying to both financial market participants and financial advisers.\nThere are still a lot of businesses applying greenwash advertising showing pictures of windmills and waterfalls without changing their underlying business models.\n\nSo where does that bring us today ? How are financial services companies responding to these critical changes in the regulatory environment ?
