At the LHoFT, we place great emphasis on nurturing, educating, and creating opportunities for the next generation. Through our Future Skills and Career Days, we collaborate with numerous universities across Europe and beyond, offering valuable insights into careers in Finance and Financial Technology. These events serve as a platform for connecting recruiters with graduates, facilitating career kickstarts and fostering meaningful connections. On average, our events attract 800 attendees.

Our events primarily cater to university students, recent graduates, and young professionals seeking to enter the industry, as well as Human Resource executives in search of new talent.
